I have a lot of research to do on a number of areas.
First task is to research prefab (prefabricated) housing options in the US, particularly in California.
We want options on medium-size two story or one story house with 2-4 bedrooms. Ideally sustainable and environmentally friendly prefabs, that can be shipped to us and assembled on site.
We would like a spreadsheet with:
Company
Product offering
Costs
Any reviews or issues to know about
Any regulations we need to be aware of for building with these products California.
We'd like to start with 2-3 hours of research and see what you can do. Then we will look at longer projects.
