Database needed for Hotels in London

I need a excel spreadsheet of all hotels in London extracted from tripadvisor with the following information:

Hotel Name
Address including postcode
telephone number
website
number of rooms
Hotel Class (star rating)
'Previously known as'
'Also known as'

All these details are on tripadvisor and I am hoping to find a cost effective way of quickly and efficiently obtaining the above information in the form of excel.

Please Note: I only need Hotels with 20 bedrooms or more.

Can you please let me know if you are able to supply, total cost and timings.

If this initial work is substantial, I shall require further work in the future.
