Data transfered from reports to Excel spreadsheet under specific headers.

I have 3 reports, in which are tenants from certain buildings around London. I need the information transferred from the report to an excel spreadsheet. The headers for the spreadsheet should be as follows: "Account Name" (this should then have the same as information as the tenant name section on the report), the next header should be "Last name" (this should have NA entered for every single entry). The next header should be "Building Name" (this is stated in grey at the top of each list of tenants). The last header should read "Email" (this should be NA for every entry). There are a total of 247 entries which I need transferred over and I need it done by the end of the day on Wednesday 3rd April 2019. Please let me know if you have any questions or if my instructions are not clear.
