Contact info for our contacts in Excel has to be correctly reformatted in line with the below:
1.) No gaps (spaces) in phone number
2.) No brackets in phone number
3.) Start of number should be country code in the + format e.g. for UK, +44. NOT 044, 0044, +44(0)
Also worth noting the mobile numbers should be a mobile number - sometimes UK landlines pop up in this column etc. so any mobiles that are in the landline column for any of our contacts profiles needs to be moved to the correct column
You should ensure phone numbers are kept in reference number order e.g. they stay next to the same reference number after edits so that it will make it easy for us to reassign to the respective contacts in our CRM
