Data processing/word processing

I need multiple area of questions processed. I will give you access to the site so that you can process them. I will tell exactly what you need to do. I have complied a list of what I need: adult cardiovascular 146 questions, child cardiovascular 30 questions, adult Integumentary 103 questions , child Integumentary 17 questions, adult neurological 186 questions , child neurological 51 questions, adult respiratory 188 questions, child respiratory 38 questions, pharmacology 935 questions and mental health 287 questions.
