Use our internal Google Sheets, preparing weekly schedules for video posting website, and to match academic figures to subject categories and institutions, inputting their IDs into the CRON tab. Extract Vimeo IDs from embed codes, and source headshots from Drive or web fallback, preparing them for Cloudflare image upload. Finalise entries by pasting verified image URLs into Column O. This is a vital role feeding our automated publishing system and social media distribution. Takes 1-2 hours per week.
