Data miner

I am an architect and want to offer my services to builders who specialise in the construction of loft conversions. I want as many leads as possible from loft conversion builders based in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle, Leeds, Liverpool, Bristol, Brighton, Glasglow, Sheffield plus any other larger cities. I would need their web address, email address, business address, phone number/numbers plus their page rank on google for a particular search term.
Contact details would need to be collected from the first 10 pages of popular Google searches (or tope 3-5 pages for those that do not produce as many relevant returns)

The page rank of the website would be an important piece of data as this will help me determine how busy they are or might become.
I would expect around 100 contacts for London and a further 100 for outside of London.
The data would need to be presented in a way that makes it easy to interpret.
