Data input

I currently run two cycle hire centres and through the year collect a number of booking forms that customers complete. On the form there is useful information that I would like entered into an excel spreadsheet. Per form, there will be approximately 10-15 items that need inputting. There are approximately 3,500 forms in total. When I have completed the work, it has taken approximately 1 minute per form. I have an idea how I would like this to progress but initially am simply gathering interest. I do not have any particular preference for where someone is from but will need to consider the ease, security and weight of the forms when sending abroad. Initially, I would like an estimate to input all the information I require. Once I have a preferred partner, we will complete a test sample and then firm up on the estimate.
