Data Extraction, Organisation and Email Validation Project

I am looking for a freelancer to assist with a data project. This involves working with our database to download and process extensive data. Below is an outline of the task:

Scope of Work:
Data Download:

Log into our database and download data in batches of 250 records at a time (due to system limitations).
Instructions on how to do this will be provided via a video tutorial.
Data Organisation:

Combine all downloaded Excel spreadsheets into one master file.
Split the master file into four separate Excel spreadsheets, based on specific criteria (e.g., project name availability, generic vs. direct email addresses). This process will be clearly explained in a video and a written SOP.
Email Validation:

Run the organised data through a tool called GetProspect to verify and validate the email addresses.
Update the Excel spreadsheets with the validated emails.
Final Delivery:

Provide the final four Excel spreadsheets, fully organised and verified.
Tools & Resources:
Access to our database and detailed step-by-step video tutorials.
Written SOPs outlining the entire process.
Access to the GetProspect tool for email validation.
Expectations:
Accuracy in organising and validating data.
Adherence to the SOP and video instructions.
Delivery of final files in the required format.
Trial Period:
To ensure suitability, we propose starting with 3 hours of work to determine how much can be completed and if it’s manageable for you. Based on the results, we can extend the project and adjust the compensation accordingly.
