A sample excel with one record of data entry is shown as an example.
Please go through the job description in the pdf throughly and when sending a quote please send 1 record captured on your own so that I can see if you have understood the job description. If your quote does not include excel populated with 1 record which you have done yourself, your quote will not be considered (record captured by you should be different to what I have included). Please note that there are lot of clicks involved in this job to capture one record and you have to do this for at least 350 and maximum 400 records so make sure you spend time going through this properly before providing a quote.
Everything is described in the pdf in detail but feel free to ask questions if you are unsure.
