I am looking for someone who can go to council websites and obtain information from council websites on application which have been refused since 2007 to 2014. The data is to be added to a spread sheet. I'm not sure if you can 'scrape data' from council websites or need to do manually.
I will provide details of the council website and the fields required once I begin with the right person.
