Data entry - SalesForce

This ongoing project is to add property information on overseas developments into our newly formed PropertyBase (version of SalesForce) CRM.

We currently do not have any form of CRM as its being built for us and will be finished in the next few days. After which we need all of our properties input into it.

Our properties are currently found on both our corporate website, and the further information needed is found in our company Dropbox folders. So some researching is important to ensure all the important and informative pieces of information are included.

Data included would be what you would typically find on a property new-build development such as:

Images of the resort, properties, sitemap and area
Description text
Pricing and details (beds to and from, bath to and from, sizing)
Features
Location
Financials (text supplied) such as rental returns, mortgage averages and distance to beach etc.

This is ongoing after the big first bulk is done, as we take on new properties daily.

I would prefer someone with at least some Salesforce experience, though PropertyBase is very unique I appreciate but the system would be very similar in look and feel.
