Data Entry - on line

I need someone to visit UK government web sites each week and transcribe information from the web sites into a Microsoft Access database which I will supply. The information will be in the form of name, address, description of work so it is not technical or difficult to understand. The amount of entries will vary each week, so I would consider paying per entry rather than per hour. Excellent English is essential as is accuracy in data entry.
