Data Entry of Risk Assessments into Cloud based management system

I have started a new role as a Health and Safety Manager, and there is a reasonable amount of data entry support required over the next few weeks.

I am looking for someone who would be able to accurately transpose our risk assessments onto our online management system.

Currently, the files are in .doc format, and the job would be to enter the data onto our online system client.effective.ie via drop down menus and text boxes.

The system allows copy and paste, and is quite easy to navigate, although i can give detailed instructions for the candidate.

There may be additional work of this nature if the person shows a good standard of diligence and accuracy.
