Data Entry Into Google Spreadsheet

Hi... I am in need of some data sets from some images to be entered into a Google Spreadsheet.

There will be four tabs with the data being entered for each tab.

Here is a link of the Google Sheet. It will need to be formatted accordingly.

I am also attaching the four images that will need to have the data duplicated to the sheets.

I need to get this done today so please only respond if you can do it within the next 4-6 hours.

In addition I will need a new sheet created for that month. So this can be an ongoing data entry project for once a month data entry.
