Data entry from UK Escort directories

I need phone numbers of Escorts extracted from seven escort directories and put into an excel spreadsheet. The excel spreadsheet must be checked for duplicates.

Only mobile numbers will be accepted and DATA MINING/SCRAPING is not acceptable for this job as some websites have far more offers then just escorts. Data mining software would collect the information of others that I do not want to contact so data miners PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.
