Data entry- from catalogs to excel sheet by Friday 11th Oct

I need to get product detail from catalogue to excel sheet format. I have attached below the catalogs and the excel sheet format. There are approx 270 product entries give or take a few. Some have more columns to complete for than others
Start date 9th Oct. Completed by 9am Friday 11th Oct.
