Data entry for my new website

I am launching a new website and have just under 400 business listings - to each listing I need services to be added to using a drop-down selection box (all the data has been acquired, it just needs adding to the website)

Having timed myself editing a listing, I estimate it will be max of 13 hours work for one individual (2 minutes per listing) however it may take less for some quicker more experienced individuals
