Data entry: create CSV database from 300 actors’ online CVs

Data-entry project involving extraction of actor details from prepared casting shortlists across multiple countries.

We are assembling a database of 250–350 actors from 6–7 European countries and need someone to compile the information into a CSV file.

The actors have already been shortlisted in our Spotlight casting account, with around 40–50 actors per country, each saved in a separate “shortlist” file. The task is to extract and enter the required details for each actor into the CSV using the following fields:

Name (separate fields for forename and surname)
Playing age
Sex
Locations (separate fields if multiple)
Nationalities (separate fields if multiple)
Languages spoken (native) (separate fields if multiple)
Languages spoken (non-native) (separate fields if multiple)
Accents (as native) (separate fields if multiple)
Home studio (yes/no or details)
Agent / other contact

Requirements:

Accuracy and consistency across all entries

Completion within 2–3 days of starting

Familiarity with the Spotlight Casting Directory (or previous experience using it) would be a real advantage
