Data entry - copying data from one system to another

We have data displayed on a web portal - we are moving to a new backend system and need the data copying from the web portal into the interface of the new system.

The systems are API documentation - not necessarily relevant - and I estimate there are 15 datasets and each one consists of, on average, 25 fields (some are more, some are less).

In total I estimate 375 pieces of data to be entered where each piece of data is a field name like first_name and then a type such as string, integer, date etc (from a dropdown list).

Accuracy is key for this - you will be entering this directly into the new portal interface.
