Data entry & basic analysis

I collect data from specific horse races in an excel spreadsheet which I need broken down and presented in a way I can analyse it.

Each day I will upload the results from that day's racing. I need the information to be taken from the basic spreadsheet (see image) and entered into a new sheet with different headings ready for analysis.

The information I need includes:
Total number of races traded (daily and ongoing)
Date
Day of the week
Race Course
Race Distance
Number of races run (in each category)
Number of winners (in each category)
Number of losers (in each category)
Total profit (in each category)
Total Loss (in each category
Average Profit (Daily and ongoing)
Average Loss (Daily and ongoing)
Average profit across all races (in each category)
Strike rate (in each category & ongoing)
Above/below the expected strike rate of 33.33% (in each category and ongoing)

For example this race would be entered under several categories:

The point of the data is to understand which races are long term losers and which are profitable. When the data has enough races I will eliminate losing races. For example, Maiden races at a distance of 6f may be long term losers, but Maiden races at 5f may be profitable.

This job should take 15 minutes each day and will need to be done every day. It's a very long term project without an end date.

I'm looking for somebody who is strategic and enjoys finding patterns and data analysis. Strong maths and computer skills are a must. Accuracy is vital to ensure the correct information can be taken from the data. It would be beneficial if you have experience of horse racing or betting or a keen interest in it.

In time I will have other similar projects in other sports like football and the job will slowly evolve and grow.
