Data Entry - 600 Short Records - Simple Form - Public Data Sources Pre Selected

Hello. We would like to find an accurate data-entry freelancer to enter approximately 600 short records into a secure online form on our website. The form looks like the one pictured in the attached file. Most fields are completed by the cut-and-paste method. The other fields are filled out via drop-down menus. You will get the information from easily-understood, public websites that we will direct you towards. You don't have to go and find the websites yourself. The nature of the data is community project financing information. To help us see that you've read this entire description, in your proposal to us please state the number of fields shown in the form in the attached graphic.
