Data Entry - 48 months of Credit Card Statements

I have 48 months of credit card statements in PDF which I need in excel - data entry role.

I require in excel - a separate tab for each month's credit card statement - so 48 TABS.

Within each tab I need a copy from the statement of the data :

Employee name, description of service , summary service and the amount from the credit card statement

Example :

Andy Smith Holiday Inns Hotel £32.00

All the above info is on the statement, so nothing needs to be researched or made up

Approx 15 employees on average across the 48 months

For each month the value needs to agree to the total for the month - is the control total

I am happy to create the spreadsheet if needed.
I am not in a great rush for the work to be done - it can be done over 2 / 3 weeks to suit the person if they have another job
Companies - pls dont apply looking for an individual to undertake the work
Would like a teams call to understand progress etc perhaps 2/ 3
