Data entry

I'm developing a website for a client but I'm running out of time. We have a fixed launch date and it's creeping up rather faster than I would have liked. For this reason, I'm asking you for help.

The job is fairly simple - copying and pasting text from documents (.doc and .pdf) into the online system I'm developing. I shall be offering training but the task should be labelled well enough to pick up within half an hour. The text needs to be cleaned up and given proper formatting and I need a simple log kept of all problems you have... but these are all things that will be explained when a bid is chosen.

Familiarity with XHTML is a massive bonus. If you've had experience with web coding, please say as much.

All in all, there are about 60 pages that still need filling. I've been quite distracted with other aspects, but found it easily possible to do 4 pages per hour. It's a tight schedule and a tighter budget so I'm going to need *at least* this rate. I estimate this project will take up 12-16 hours.

I should mention now that the content is still coming in. I have roughly a quarter of it and I still might not have it all by the time you start. I'm pushing my client as fast as possible, but it's certainly a possibility that there may be a delay between me getting the first chunk of work to you and the second batch. Please don't bid if this is a problem for your work flow. Ideal candidates will have another project they can switch to while we wait for content to come in.
