A fairly simple task requiring accuracy and speed.
We need a PDF list of 1220 architect practices converted into an Excel spreadsheet. The practice records usually have between 1 and 4 names associated with them and these details also need to be recorded.
Our list has a last name and displays initials for a contact's first and middle names. We have no record of sex and welcome bids from candidates prepared to include a fee for simply extracting and inputing the data as it stands or for completing research to ascertain whether a contact is male or female and assigning a suitable salutation in addition.

The successful bidder will receive a spreadsheet and our lists to work from.
