Data correction: Chinese names

We have a spreadsheet of the contact details of 15,000 people which we have exported from our CRM.

The spreadsheet has an ID number for each person, an email address, first name and last name.

For first name, we have used initial capitals, and for last name we have used block capitals.

However, there are many names in the system where the first name and last name need to be swapped, for instance Chinese names, where the family name is written first. We want to maintain block capitals to identify family names though.

As an example, in the system, the person Zhang Jianli is currently in this form:

First name Last name
Jianli ZHANG


We want to change so it's like this:

First name Last name
ZHANG Jianli


Therefore, we need someone with cultural knowledge who can go through the entire sheet and correct names into this format where they are needed, mostly Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese names.

When the task has been done, we would like the spreadsheet to be resupplied with ONLY the records that have been changed, i.e. delete the ones that remain the same. This is so we can just re-import the records into our CRM that have been changed.

We need this task to be carried out in the next 2 days. We would require the successful candidate to agree a non-disclosure agreement before we provide the spreadsheet with the data.
