Data copy from one website then load on to another

Looking to get some data entry work done. Require 40 property listings to be copied from one website then added to another (by logging in and updating new listings through forms on the site).

The work requires to save down the pictures on to your laptop then login to the second site, copy and paste the text across into the appropriate form and add then upload the images.
