Data Conversion

I have 100 word documents with data from the internet which I need to have cleansed as part of a research project. Some of these documents are no more than a page long, others will be 4 or 5 pages. I need each document to be cleaned so that it is only the text data which remains, and each section of text given a category. I have included an example of before and after within this brief so you can see what is needed. More instructions and a set of codes to add in (as per the after example) will be provided to the winning bidder.

We need this work completing within the next 7 days.
