Data Cleansing and Upload to AcT

Hi
We have constant work for someone to upload and to maintain our database of entertainment companies in the UK.

1, We have two spreadsheets with originally the same content.
Sheet 1 has been worked in and had notes added to it, which must be preserved on each file, and Sheet 2 has had more addresses added to it, that aren't on sheet 1.
2, This data needs merging
3, Then added in the correct fields to Act.
4, Around 7000 leads initially
5, Another 11,000 incoming

We will send you the pws to enter a trial version of Act, to upload, and then the 2 sheets.

Around 3 hours work in all ongoing weekly.
