Data Cleansing

We need company details collecting or confirming.

The attached spreadsheet contains a sample, showing the type of data on which you will be working.

We need the following details collecting or confirming:

1) Website address
2) Phone number
3) Trading address

You should use the following process:

A) Google the company name contained in column A
B) If Google returns the required information in the search results (top right of the results) please copy these details down or confirm that requested information, if already contained in the spreadsheet, is correct.
C) If Google does not return the required information in this way but does return the website, please visit the website and collect or confirm the required information
D) If Google does not return the website or the required information, check if the spreadsheet contains a web address for this company. If so attempt to use this address to collect further information.
E) If you are unable to collect the information after following this process, please colour the line in grey.

We are offering the job on a £100 per 1000 results basis but appreciate you may wish to submit an alternative proposal. There will be a significant amount of data to process and we expect to accept multiple proposals. We would be interested to know how much data you estimate you could process in a week.

Initially we will providing one set of 1000 results per accepted proposal but this could develop into an on-going job if the data cleansing is successful.
