Data cleansing

Hi there,

For this task, you need to have 2 files:
* the cleansing guide
* the file to clean

In the attached zip file you have 3 files:
* the guide (Data_Cleaning_Guide_V2.doc)
* the file to clean (publictoilet_UNCLEAN.csv)
* SAMPLE file (cleaning_sample.csv)

Please send the SAMPLE file (cleaning_sample.csv) after you clean it according to the rules stated in the guide. The candidates who provide the best cleansed sample will be assigned the task.

Once you have been chosen, please clean the main file and attach it to odesk to be paid.

There are over 50 files to be cleansed, meaning that this is not a one off job.
