Data cleanse

I have approx 100 spreadsheets, each represents a different company, similar to the one attached. In these spreadsheets the same contact name will appear several times, we need this reduced to 1 row per person to include name, job title, email address, mobile number, however these details may be spread across several different rows. Happy to keep in multiple entries for the same person where the job title varies, but the ideal finish to to have all the spreadsheets combined into 1, so there are approx 100 different companies on the file, with about 50 + different contacts.
