I have 8 spreadsheets (~65,000 rows total) of UK healthcare providers (home care agencies, care homes, and service providers) sourced from the CQC register. I need someone to clean the data and research contact details for each organisation.
Scope of work:
● Deduplicate rows and standardise phone number / postcode formatting.
● Research and add: key contact name (Director/Registered Manager/Owner), direct phone number, and email address for each provider, using Companies House, the provider's website, and the CQC location page.
● Add incorporation date and filed turnover band from Companies House.
● Mark unverifiable fields clearly as “Not found” rather than guessing.
Ideal candidate:
Experience with UK company research (Companies House), strong attention to detail, comfortable working in Excel/Google Sheets at scale, and able to follow a strict “verify, don't guess” standard for data accuracy.

Is the budget $120 is just placeholder as i can see its quite a lot of data to work with.

Hi Douglas, in your sample file, out of 15,000 records 1,270 records share the exact same phone number. In most cases the business names are different and also the addresses are not the same. Does that mean no deduping should not take place for such records, but rather only for records that share the exact name, address and phone number?

Before I estimate the workload accurately, could you confirm whether all 65,000 rows require full contact research, or have some of the records already been enriched?
