Data clean, check, merge and complete missing to produce 100% accurate database.

I have a database of 671 photocopiers and printers recently acquired, I needs it checked against the 12 suppliers websites for accuracy and to complete any missing information. We will be uploading to a website and so need to be put into a uniform data format. i.e. under heading: "Warm-up time (sec)" current data is "Approx. 20 seconds from power-on" to be changed to "20" etc.

I also feel there are a few products missing and multiple data sets added to a product line i.e. under e‐STUDIO6570C PRO series for the speed section it has "55/65/75 ppm (A4), 27/30/37 ppm (A3)" there are 3 versions available of this machine e‐STUDIO5560C PRO: 55ppm
e-STUDIO6560C PRO: 65ppm
e-STUDIO6570C PRO: 65ppm
It only looks like one has been entered with 3 data sets. This will need to be broken down to 3 separate products.

Also there are a couple of fields that need separating out, i.e. machine dimensions Width/depth and height separating into different headers.

The important factors are accuracy and speed. I need to be confident that all the information when I get the file back is 100% accurate. The will be some additional research required for other sites and manufacturer sales guides and brochures to complete all the information.

Merging data from windows, unix, mac and sap data to same column.
