About the role:
iPLATO is seeking a bright and engaging individual to assist in a customer contact campaign. Based at our Hammersmith office the successful candidate will engage with existing customers via telephone and email to encourage the restoration of patient messaging services which were shut down during the Covid pandemic.
Prior knowledge of our products and marketplace is not essential, although familiarity with NHS primary care and General Practice will be an advantage.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, your main responsibilities will be to:
Successfully contact named customers at NHS GP practices in England by telephone
Deliver a scripted engagement message with a call to action
Overcome minor customer objections
Follow up with email communications
Record engagement activities in our Salesforce CRM (training is given)
Meet daily contact targets
Meet project success targets
What we are looking for:

Excellent communication skills (Telephone and email)
Engaging manner
Good record-keeping
Desire to exceed targets
Reliable & dependable
Ability to work unsupervised
Desirable:
Knowledge of NHS general practice
Objection-handling & negotiation skills
