We are looking to hire a dedicated freelance customer service professional to assist with various duties, including:

1. Responding to customer inquiries via chat and email.
2. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
3. Providing product and service information to customers.
4. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
5. Ensuring timely follow-up with customers for pending queries.
