Tycoon LLC is a U.S.–based financial firm bridging investment opportunities between the United States and Mexico. We connect U.S. investors with established, high-yield companies across Mexico through transparent, compliant, and well-structured private equity models.
We are expanding our operations and seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support investor communications, administrative coordination, and document tracking.
Responsibilities:
Respond to phone calls, emails, and investor inquiries promptly and professionally.
Coordinate communication between investors, accountants, and the internal compliance team.
Track documents, contracts, and investor onboarding paperwork to ensure timely completion.
Schedule meetings and follow up on pending items.
Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and updates.
Assist in preparing reports and correspondence as needed.
Requirements:
GED or higher education required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred).
Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish a plus).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable with remote work and independent time management.
Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or Microsoft Office.
Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially.
Schedule:
Minimum 20 hours/week, with potential to extend up to 30 hours/week.
Flexible hours based on weekly task completion.
Compensation:
$20/hour (no benefits).
