Work through an Excel spreadsheet (old customer contacts and new enquiries) and give members and people that have registered an interest in our dating events a courtesy telephone call.
Courtesy call following a script/key question to find out if they can do the following:
- Book a catch-up call with an Event Curator
- Complete their profile to get invites to events
- Ask any questions about the service we offer
Log notes on a Google sheet
Leave voice mails if necessary
Make a note if a follow-up e-mail for profile completion needs to be sent
A good telephone manner and excellent communication skills are essential.
