Customer Service Agent (part-time)

We are a small music tech company looking for a reliable and friendly Customer Service Agent to handle daily emails and DMs from our customers. Most of the queries follow similar themes, so many responses will be straightforward, though you’ll occasionally need to add a personal touch.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer emails and DMs within a timely manner
Maintain a friendly and professional tone with each interaction
Follow existing response templates for common questions
Liaise with the team for any unique or complex queries
Requirements:

Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently
A background in music tech is a plus, but not essential – we’ll help you get up to speed
Available daily for approximately 1-2 hours
