Customer names and numbers

I have a excel file , 2000 rows . 6 columns which are just customer names and phone numbers. I would like this condensed down please to 2 columns.
So
1 2 3 4 5 6
Mr James Smith 12345
Becomes
1 2
James Smith 12345
Some number and names will also need a little TLC, example
1 2 3 4 5 6
Mr James Smith 123 456 078 458 mobile
1 2
James Smith 123456
james smith MOB 078458
No gaps in numbers, Numbers to be made into correct format ie 01556 502918 = +441556502918 , mobile 07971 732411 becomes +447971732411
