CSV product file ''amended' to work' and installed correctly on magento

Description: CSV product file needs to be altered to suit it needs, uploaded and installed correctly into my magento.

Create the categories first: 10 Parent Categories, 40 something child categories.
Images need to be included from the file.
The products should upload automatically when the csv is altered to suit the categories.

Please do not bid if you are not familiar with what needs doing first or have done something similar.

Please do not bid if you do NOT have time to work on the project such as the last 2 people.
