CRM expert needed to show on a call how we can work with the CRM

You are bidding for a screenshare call to take us through how we could work with a CRM. I don't anticipate this to be more than a twenty minute call but will be guided by you. As below you need to be able to tell us how much the CRM would cost us for the functionality below, for 3 users. Assume max of 1,000 contacts and max of 500 messages/WhatsApps per month.

WhatsApp and Facebook/Facebook Messenger integration critical.

Want someone familiar with at least one of Hubspot CRM, Freshworks CRM, Monday.com CRM

That person needs to be able to explain definitively the pricing structure/cost that would be associated with the CRM functionality requirements we have below

As part of this gig the person needs to screenshare with a version of one of the CRM's above, demo data is fine, and walk us through any of the items in CRM functionality list below


CRM functionality requirements, some is pretty basic -
Must integrate with WhatsApp
Must integrate with Facebook and Facebook messenger
Must be able to send WhatsApp message to a prospect automatically providing further value
Fields to record WhatsApp number and show it's WhatsApp enabled
Fields to record what the query is, type
Ability to identify and track the source of an enquiry so we know what outreach works and how much it brings in which leads to...
Ability to be able to record sale value and associate it with an initiative not just $ amount from the customer as a lump
Must be able to log in from anywhere remotely and support at least three users
Automated contact/messaging through a sales funnel
Ability to track/filter by sales stage
Ability to design custom sales stages in the pipeline
Email mailing list ability to manage and send out automated sequence for segmented lists, different lists, different messages for variety of reasons including campaign, customer type, customer pipeline stage
Ability to enter and track notes on each contact with the customer
Ability to see record of all automated contacts
Ability to track and record results of contacts including automated ones
Ability to track and record customer actions such as email open rates and WhatsApp message reply rates
