Crete excel to csv file and upload onto site

Hi there, its a simple quick job for someone who knows more about it than me.

The plug in to do this is already added onto the site but i cant do it, can the details off the excel be created into the csv format and added onto the site. How to do it is here.

The files are attached in the order that is required.
Event categories
Item categories (Businesses)

Once the work is done can you send me the 2 files that are complete so i can make amendments in future and upload
