Creator Research & Lead Generation VA

We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help us research and build a qualified database of online creators and social-media personalities who may be a good fit for our creator-management business.

This is primarily a **web research, lead generation and data-entry role**.

## Responsibilities

* Research creators across Instagram, TikTok, X and livestreaming platforms.
* Identify creators who meet our specified criteria.
* Verify that profiles are active and genuine.
* Collect publicly available profile and business information.
* Record profile URLs, usernames, follower counts and relevant activity information.
* Find publicly listed business/contact information where available.
* Check for duplicate, inactive or irrelevant prospects.
* Organize all information in Google Sheets or Excel.
* Add short notes explaining why each prospect fits the criteria.

## Ideal Candidate

* Experience with lead generation, web research or creator/influencer research.
* Strong social-media research skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel.
* Able to follow detailed qualification criteria.
* Good written communication.
* Reliable and interested in ongoing work if the initial project is successful.

## Deliverable

For the initial test batch, provide a spreadsheet containing qualified prospects with:

* Creator/profile name
* Platform
* Profile URL
* Approximate follower/audience size
* Activity/engagement observations
* Publicly available business contact information, where available
* Other relevant public social profiles
* Brief qualification notes

Only publicly available information should be collected. No private information or account access is required.

We will provide the detailed prospect criteria to the selected freelancer.
