Creation of a Database for Marketing Purposes (Data Entry)

I need someone today to create a database for me in Excel, I will have full isntruction on labels for each columns and data to be entered, this is a database that will be used for marketing purposes. If the person does this well I will have more marketing data entry work for them often and frequently, I need a fast person who think and reacts intelligently at working on their own.
I need this job done today it is 4 hours of work.
