Creation of 3 Word documents from 3 scanned PDFs

I need to convert 3 PDF scanned documents into Word. There are a total of c. 60 pages of text across the 3 documents.
The Adobe automatic conversion tool does note create clean Word files when I use it, as the original PDFs include hand annotations and have not been scanned fully straight on the page, so the automatic character recognition in the converter tool generates errors.
I have attached some sample pages from the original PDFs for reference.
I therefore need someone to amend the documents manually in Word once they've been converted from PDF, by visually cross referencing against the original and typing in any necessary edits into the text, so that the finished documents have fully legible text.
Please can you give me a price and timeline for doing this. I would like the completed documents returned asap.
