Create users in a Wordpress with Buddypress

I have a website with Wordpress and the Buddypress plugin. With the BuddyPress plugin i've customized the wordpress users profile adding some fields (11 custom fields and an avatar).

I have 60 registration form in different formats (*.doc, *.docx, *.pdf) filled with the users data and I need someone to register the users on the Wordpress filling all the wordpress user fields and the Buddypress custom fields with the info in this files.

note: The registrarion form has two columns: field name and field value. I attach a sample registration form.

note2: Two of the fields are multiselect. When a registration form has values in this fields thar doesn't appear in the available list, you need to know how to edit the available list in the Buddypress admin zone to add this new values.
