Create sales sheets and price lists on excel using formulas

I require an organised layout for my product range of gift boxes to be created in excel . A sales sheet with ref no (already created) and a sheet for creating margins .
Altogether there between 50-70 products so not a big job .
Am happy to be presented with new ideas to make this simple and straight forward .
Have indicated a fee but not quite sure if it reflects the work required so am happy to discuss that .
Ideally need this job finished by 24th.
