We are looking for someone to create/burn four audio CDs from MP3 files.
* We have the (fully legal) MP3 files which we would like to be burned to CD
* We have a track listing for each CD
You would need to:
* Create each of the four audio CDs which can be played on any audio CD player
* Provide the CD media
* Post the CDs to an address in the UK

I think $27 wouldn't even cover the postage from the US to the UK. Perhaps you should look into hiring someone locally for this? Let me know if you're still interested in a proposal, but it only makes sense to get someone there. Thanks just the same.
