Create charts in Excel and paste into MS Word (small trial project)

I am looking for a fast worker, who is reliable and who works for reasonable hourly rates. Someone who can be used on a more regular basis.

A simple test project which involves creating charts in excel from the tables provided. The tables are often not in a convenient format, so you need to sort/delete/transpose etc. before creating charts.

These must then be pasted into MS Word as Excel objects, one to a page (use page break). Please deliver both your Excel workings and the MS Word document.

EXAMPLE: An example is attached, of one of the input tables that will be provided and an example of the desired output.

QUANTITY: 7 QUESTIONS (Yes/no type questions - show only yes %), 2011 VS 2012 TABLES SUPPLIED AS INPUT. MAKE 4 GRAPHS (one graph for 2011, one for 2012, one showing the % change and one combining all 3 of these statistics).
